A: Once we ship it out, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Just click the link or use the number on the carrier’s site to follow your furry package home.


Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
A: Maybe! If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us ASAP—once it ships, it’s off chasing squirrels.


Q: Can I exchange my order?
A: Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. But don’t worry—returns and refunds are totally possible if needed.
